The Theocrat of Pan Tang. In Elric of Melniboné: The Prisoner of Pan-Tang Grown son of the previous Theocrat of Pan Tang who attempted to ally himself with Elric. When Elric met him at the banquet where his father tried to persuade Elric to join Pan Tang's cause, it was plain that Jagreen Lern hated him.
