Piet Olmeijer

A Dutchman from Surabaya, a very fat man with a big, red head and a variety of tattos on his arms. Proprietor of the Royal Harbour Hotel (or Royal Airpark Hotel, depending on universe) on Rowe Island.

In The Steel Tsar he was taken to Rishiri after the Japanese invaded, he ended up running the camp shop.
